    is received.  We will send you a confirmation request with the total.  Your card 

    will not be charged, nor will we ship until we receive your order confirmation. 

    Pre - Orders require a minimum of 10% of total due to hold item.  This 10% is

    NON-Refundable if you cancel your order.  By agreeing to a Pre - Order 

    purchase you accept the estimated delivery date and any delays caused by he 

    the manufacturer of the product.  If the manufacturer limits quantities available,

    NHC  will will refund your deposit.  NHC will not take a Pre - Order if our

    allotment of items is exhausted.  We will put you on a list  and notify you if the

    item does become available.
